Event Waiver, Release of Liability and Photo Release
WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND PHOTO RELEASE
King of the Jungle — Club Show
Westchester Amateur Boxing Club — December 5, 2026
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that boxing is a contact sport involving risk of injury, including serious injury. I voluntarily assume all risks of participation.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I release and hold harmless Westchester Amateur Boxing Club, its coaches, officials, volunteers, and the venue owners/operators from any claims arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. MEDICAL FITNESS: I confirm I am medically fit to box and will disclose any condition that could affect my safety. I consent to basic first aid if needed.
4. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE: I grant Westchester Amateur Boxing Club permission to photograph and video-record me at this event and to use those images in club promotions, social media, and the club website, without compensation.
5. MINORS: If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree on their behalf.
By registering, I confirm I have read and agree to this waiver.
